AB Facility is one of the largest providers of facility management services in the Czech Republic. Our business activities are divided into six divisions, each of them acting as an individual business unit within AB Facility.
Bohemian Facility management and Moravia Facility man agement provide technical administration of objects and integration of all services of facility management according to customer: requirements.
Technology Division focuses on services, revisions and smaller investment projects in connection with building technological equipment.
Energy Division offers operational and investment regulations and measures applicable during the search for cost savings and during operation of energy producing/power equipment.
Cleaning Division offers to our customers comprehensive and specialized cleaning and building security services.
Landscaping Division cooperates with our customers during realization of landscaping projects including entire assortment of services required to maintain outside greenery and landscaped areas.
AB Facility offers similar services in Slovakia as well. Here our business activities are divided into four segments focusing on the facility management, cleaning, gardening and energy related services. Our branch in Slovakia uses our well-established know-how - provided by our Czech company and represents the fastest growing unit within our entire group. A specialized subsidiary is AB Facility Services, where we employ all employees in our group focusing on work skills and abilities. This enables us to make use of grant policies offered by the state and relevant to this area and also to offer to our customers the so-called additional fulfi lments.
