Operation and inspection of building technical equipment
Based on a contract concluded with the customer, or based on the established manufacturer regulations or valid legislature, we provide the following activities in connection with the building technical equipment:
- regular operational process inspections;
- operation of equipment within the frequency established by the manufacturer or by valid legislature;
- oil and lubricant refi ll;
- regular readouts from energy/power meters.
Building technical equipment repairs and maintenance services
Based on the operational conditions and needs of each individual building, we provide maintenance and service repairs of building technical equipment, as well as of building constructional elements, within the scope approved by the customer and as specifi ed in the relevant maintenance plan valid for the relevant time period. Repairs and maintenance services are performed within the entire scope of the required professional activities, such as:
- regular service and maintenance of technical building equipment performed by our own employees;
- planned or larger emergency repairs of building technical equipment performed in cooperation with professional supplier;
- construction and structural elements including ZTI;
- painting and installation of fl oor coverings;
